Lotus pays homage to one of the greatest drivers in motorsport history with the global debut of the Emira Clark Edition, developed in collaboration with the Jim Clark Trust. Limited to just 60 units worldwide, this exclusive edition of the Emira will make its first public appearance as the lead car at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix.
Jim Clark’s remarkable racing career with Team Lotus has left an indelible mark on motorsport. In 1965, Clark achieved a feat unmatched to this day — securing the Formula 1 World Championship, winning the Indianapolis 500, and clinching titles in Formula 2, the Tasman Series, and touring car events in a Lotus Cortina — all within the same year.
Inspired by Clark’s unparalleled legacy, the Emira Clark Edition showcases distinctive design cues and performance features that reflect Lotus’s commitment to excellence and heritage.
Unique Styling & Motorsport-Inspired Interior
Finished in Clark Racing Green with a contrasting black roof, silver mirrors, and a bold yellow racing stripe, the Emira Clark Edition draws direct inspiration from Clark’s 1965 Indy 500-winning Lotus Type 38. Exclusive touches include a machined aluminium fuel filler cap with a blue anodised centre, yellow exhaust tips, and a hand-painted yellow pinstripe along the swage line. Doors are branded with a bespoke Clark Edition graphic, reflecting the iconic logo used on Clark’s race cars.
Inside, the cabin reflects a deep motorsport influence with asymmetrical seat trim — the driver’s seat in red leather and Alcantara®, and the passenger seat in black — echoing the colour scheme of Clark’s 1965 race cars. Additional highlights include a sixties-style wooden gear knob, Team Lotus seat detailing, and Jim Clark commemorative badging featuring his Lochcarron tartan. Each car is individually numbered via carbon fibre treadplates, and owners receive a hand-crafted leather holdall adorned with unique Clark Edition elements.

Under the hood, the Emira Clark Edition features the acclaimed 3.5-litre supercharged V6, producing 400 hp and paired with a six-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential. The model includes the Lotus Driver’s Pack for a more dynamic experience, featuring track mode, sports suspension, and enhanced exhaust acoustics — ensuring a pure, engaging drive worthy of its legendary namesake.
