Lexus throws a haymaker at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show (JMS) as it showcased concept vehicles under its Lexus Discover Vision, which is meant to offer a glimpse into the Japanese car brand’s evolving luxury lifestyle.
Among the concept cars that Lexus highlighted at the 2025 JMS is the LS Concept, a six-wheeler minivan that offers both luxury and modern design. Lexus said that the LS stands for Luxury Space, which presents a new idea for a moving space that’s finished as a true chauffeur minivan.
Lexus shared during the launch at the 2025 JMS that the LS Concept is designed to redefine its flagship model. Toyota Chief Branding Officer Simon Humphries said that the brand promised that the “future would be about more than four wheels but you probably weren’t expecting six.” Humphries goes on to say that then the Lexus LS Concept’s door opens one will be “teleported to a home away from home your own private space a space to truly discover sanctuary.”

The Lexus LS Concept is a vehicle that maximizes floor space, offering an “unhindered access to an environment [you] can call your own.” Its exterior comes with a modern and futuristic look that’s integrated with an angular design.
The brand’s spindle grille is less prominent in the concept vehicle. But you can still see Lexus’ familiar design language as seen on the LED daytime running lights. The front fascia is also integrated with an illuminated ‘Lexus’ emblem.
The side of the Lexus LS Concept is characterized by sharp lines along with sleek-looking sliding doors and Japanese bamboo privacy blinds. The front wheels are massive, giving the vehicle a bold appeal when viewed from the side, while the four rear wheels are smaller compared to the front.

The rear is as futuristic as it looks, as it is fitted with distinctive taillights and a gloss black finish, which appears to be the concept’s rear windows.

Inside, the Lexus LS Concept comes with a futuristic and clean-looking cabin. The leather seats offer comfort and a premium feel to the passengers, while the Japanese bamboo privacy blinds further enhance the cozy atmosphere of the concept vehicle’s cabin. The dashboard features a modern cockpit that has dual screens and a futuristic steering wheel design. Of note, physical buttons can still be seen on the Lexus LS Concept.
The Lexus LS Concept debuted at the 2025 JMS alongside the LS Coupe.
