IsuzuPH’s Typhoon Assistance Program supports affected vehicle owners

In a strong demonstration of its commitment to customers, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has unveiled a comprehensive Typhoon Assistance Program designed to help vehicle owners impacted by Typhoon Carina. This initiative underscores Isuzu’s dedication to being a responsible and empathetic partner during challenging times.

Recognizing the urgency and necessity for quick vehicle repairs, IPC is offering a 30% discount on select parts and labor for all flood-damaged Isuzu vehicles within the National Capital Region (NCR) and Luzon. The program covers a range of essential parts and services, providing transparency and maximizing customer benefits:

Inclusions:

– Engine Parts/Assemblies
– Transmission Parts/Assemblies
– Drivetrain Parts/Assemblies
– Electrical Parts/Assemblies (including bulbs and cluster meters)
– Engine Control Module (ECM) / Transmission Control Module (TCM)
– Collision Parts (body panels, doors)

Exclusions:

– Audio/DVD units, LCD monitors, keyless entry systems, back sensors, alarms, batteries
– Towing/Painting services
– Detailing and washing
– Accessory installation
– Any sublet repair (e.g., machining, calibration, radiator repair, rewinding)
– Parts purchased over the counter

“We are deeply saddened by the hardships our customers have faced due to Typhoon Carina. At Isuzu, we stand by our customers, especially in their time of need. Our Typhoon Assistance Program is designed to ease their burden and ensure their vehicles are restored to optimal running condition,” said IPC Assistant Vice President for Aftersales, Hodaka Matsuda.

The assistance program is available from August 10 to 31, 2024, across participating dealerships in NCR and Luzon, including special caravans and on-site servicing. Customers are encouraged to contact their nearest Isuzu dealer promptly to book an appointment for swift and efficient service.
