HyundaiPH assigns 4 dealerships to carry the Hyundai N brand starting July 2024

The 2024 Manila International Auto Show saw Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) proudly unveiling their performance brand called Hyundai N, featuring the Elantra N and the IONIQ 5 N. This move signaled the Philippine arrival of the Hyundai N, which was solidified by the recent signing of four HMPH dealerships to carry the brand by July 2024.

These dealerships are Hyundai Alabang, Commonwealth Avenue, Makati, and Pasig. The ceremonial signing included HMPH President Mr. Dongwook Lee, HMPH Managing Director Mr. Cecil Capacete, and dealer executives Atty. Anna Lyne San Juan Ponferrada, Mr. Rudolph Samuel Bonifacio, Mr. Martin Paulo Arancon, and Mr. William Chiongbian II.

The launch of the Hyundai N brand underscores Hyundai’s commitment to providing high-performance, innovative vehicles to the Philippine market. As confirmed, the said Hyundai N dealerships will cater to interested buyers and enthusiasts of the Elantra N and the IONIQ 5.

The Elantra N compact sedan boasts of a 2.0 Turbo Engine with 280 PS of power and 392 Nm of torque on tap. Equipped with N Launch Control, it accelerates from 0 to 100 kph in just 5.3 seconds, offering an exhilarating driving experience. Notable features include the N Grin Shift, which provides a 10 PS boost for up to 20 seconds, and a distinctive pop & bang sound during upshifts in SPORT or N mode. The Elantra N will be available for PHP 2,738,000 and comes in four colors: Atlas White, Abyss Black Pearl, Cyber Gray Metallic, and Performance Blue.

The IONIQ 5 N EV compact crossover, on the other hand, sets new standards for high-performance electric vehicles. It features an 84 kWh Battery and an All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system, delivering a maximum output of 650 PS with N Grin Boost. The N Active Sound and N e-Shift offer an immersive driving experience with optimized virtual sounds for EV N performance. The IONIQ 5 N will retail for PHP 4,250,000 and will be available in five colors: Atlas White, Abyss Black Pearl, Cyber Gray Metallic, Performance Blue, and Performance Blue Matte.
