Geely Motor Philippines (GMP) is committed to reestablishing its foothold in the local market as it continues to launch programs driven to further improve its after-sales service. The latest of its after-sales programs is its logistics partnership with SF Philippines, which allows GMP to streamline parts delivery and improve dealer support.

Through its collaboration with SF Philippines, GMP reported achieving a first-time fulfillment rate (FTFR) of about 95 percent across its dealerships nationwide. This is a testament to the brand’s promise to enhance the customer experience by providing reliable after-sales support.

“This partnership reflects how we want Geely to grow in the Philippines, by building a smarter, more connected ecosystem for mobility. We are not just expanding our network; we are investing in logistics, sustainability, and partnerships that enhance the customer experience,” said GMP CEO Sylva Yu.

GMP aims to maintain its current status in providing dependable after-sales support to its clients nationwide. The brand is confident it can maintain its after-sales momentum, as GMP is now operating directly as a subsidiary of Geely Auto Group.

At the center of this commitment is the Geely Spare Parts Center in Cabuyao, Laguna, a 4,700-square-meter hub that supports 12 delivery routes and holds an inventory valued at about $5 million (around P291 million). Among the inventory are a comprehensive range of parts, including maintenance (PMS), warranty, Body, Repair and Paint (BRP) parts, Lubricants/Chemicals, Accessories, Merchandise, Special Service Tools, and Consumables.

GMP shared that parts delivery is now faster and more consistent, helping reduce vehicle repair lead times and translating into a better Geely ownership experience. This is made possible through its logistics partnership with SF Philippines.

GMP cited that the Geely Santa Rosa dealership has achieved faster turnaround times because parts are available, minimizing repair delays that translate to client satisfaction.

The alliance also supports Geely’s commitment to sustainable mobility. As part of the partnership, SF Philippines purchased Okavango Elite, Coolray, and EX5 units for its corporate fleet, which includes hybrid and fully electric models aligned with both companies’ drive for cleaner, more efficient transport solutions.
