EastWest is expanding its EasyMobility for Community Program to support more schools and community institutions, building on the program’s rollout in the Visayas and Mindanao.
The initiative is intended to help organizations improve their mobility as they carry out educational, pastoral, outreach, and community-focused activities. Among the latest beneficiaries are Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary and Jubilee Christian Academy.
For Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary, the vehicle will be used to support pastoral engagements and outreach missions. The mobility assistance is also expected to contribute to the institution’s work in forming future church leaders while helping it maintain stronger connections with the communities it serves.
Jubilee Christian Academy, meanwhile, will use the vehicle, a Mitsubishi Mirage G4, to support student programs, community engagement activities, and outreach initiatives. EastWest said the additional mobility will allow the school to bring learning, service, and development opportunities to more beneficiaries outside the classroom.
The expansion reflects EastWest’s broader effort to use its mobility financing and partnerships to assist organizations whose work extends beyond their own facilities.
“At EastWest, we believe that when organizations can move more efficiently, they can create deeper impact in the communities they serve,” said Jerry Ngo, EastWest CEO.
Ngo said the EasyMobility for Community Program represents the bank’s commitment to supporting partners involved in education, formation, and service.
While vehicle access may appear to be a practical concern, it can have a direct bearing on how institutions carry out programs beyond their campuses. For schools and organizations involved in outreach, having dedicated mobility can make it easier to reach communities, transport participants, and extend activities beyond their usual locations.
EastWest said it will continue expanding EasyMobility nationwide, with a focus on institutions that create opportunities, strengthen communities, and contribute to improving lives.
The bank said these partnerships are intended to help organizations concentrate on their core missions while enabling them to reach more people and deliver their programs where they are needed.
With the latest expansion, EasyMobility for Community adds education, pastoral work, and community outreach to the areas being supported as EastWest broadens the program’s reach across the country.
