The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) is proud to announce the relocation of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) MIMAROPA and the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) CALABARZON offices to its premises. This strategic move enhances the accessibility of government services for the public while providing employees with the convenience of PITX’s central location and extensive transportation options.

As a leading transportation hub in Metro Manila, PITX is uniquely positioned to support DENR MIMAROPA and EMB CALABARZON in delivering streamlined, efficient services. Citizens can now conveniently access services such as permits and environmental clearances at a single, central location, with multiple transport connections readily available.

“We are delighted to welcome DENR MIMAROPA and EMB CALABARZON to our growing family of tenants,” said Jason Salvador, Corporate Affairs and Government Relations Director of PITX. “Their presence at PITX underscores our commitment to creating a hub that not only facilitates travel but also serves as a center for vital public services.”

The relocation also offers significant benefits to the employees of DENR MIMAROPA and EMB CALABARZON, as PITX provides direct connections to Metro Manila and nearby provinces through buses, jeepneys, and shuttles. Furthermore, the soon-to-be-completed LRT-1 extension will provide even more seamless commuting options, further reducing travel time and enhancing convenience.

“We are excited that PITX can support DENR MIMAROPA and EMB CALABARZON’s mission to enhance service delivery and improve the work environment for their teams,” added Salvador. “This transition is a testament to PITX’s evolution into a community hub that caters to the diverse needs of our region.”

With the inclusion of DENR MIMAROPA and EMB CALABARZON, PITX continues to solidify its position as a vital center for public services, transportation, and community activities. We look forward to further supporting these agencies in serving the public effectively and efficiently.
