Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is bringing several of its latest models to the 2026 Auto Focus Test Drive Festival, happening from May 7 to 10 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. Among the Honda vehicles that event goers can expect is the new CR-V RS e:HEV (Hybrid), and the Japanese car brand has confirmed that it is available for test drives during the four-day event.
HCPI debuted the new CR-V RS e:HEV in February 2026, and it is integrated with subtle changes but looks relatively similar to the old model. The new CR-V RS e:HEV, which is the top-spec trim, gets exclusive piano black accents seen on the front bumper, fender flares, and door trims. It also differentiates itself from other variants through the presence of the RS badge.
The Honda CR-V RS e:HEV is powered by a 2.0-liter VTEC four-cylinder engine that delivers 146 horsepower and 183 Nm of torque. It is then assisted by electric motors that produce 182 hp and 335 Nm of torque. The CR-V RS is equipped with an e-CVT and has a Real Time All-Wheel Drive (AWD) powertrain.
Aside from the CR-V RS, Honda PH is also bringing the CR-V VX e:HEV. It is also equipped with the same 2.0-liter VTEC engine, but it does not have AWD, which is exclusively integrated into the top-spec RS trim.
HCPI is inviting everyone to visit its booth at the 2026 Auto Focus Test Drive Festival to discover the different Honda models that can fit every lifestyle. Aside from the two CR-V units, Honda said that the following are available for test drives:
– HR-V RS e:HEV
– Civic RS e:HEV
– BR-V 1.5 V CVT
– City 1.5 S CVT Honda Sensing
Honda Cars PH added that the Honda Prelude 2.0 e:HEV will be on display at the Honda booth throughout the four-day event. The Prelude officially made its Philippine debut last April 2026, and it is priced at P3,498,000 and is backed by a five-year vehicle warranty and an eight-year battery warranty.
