Bosch Car Service achieves industry-first accreditation from VinFastPH

Bosch Car Service, a subsidiary of ACMobility, has been formally accredited by VinFast Auto Philippines to provide Level 2 servicing for its lineup of electric vehicles (EVs). This milestone positions Bosch Car Service as the first partner in the country authorized to perform advanced aftersales support for the Vietnamese EV manufacturer.

Through a recently signed Service Level Agreement (SLA), Bosch Car Service centers across the Philippines are now empowered to carry out high-level diagnostics, software updates, campaign repairs, and full warranty work for VinFast vehicles. This accreditation follows the successful completion of VinFast’s stringent technical training program by Bosch’s service teams.

The agreement was officially signed at Bosch Car Service Bacoor by representatives of both companies. A total of ten Bosch Car Service centers are expected to be operational nationwide by June 2025.

“This partnership reflects our commitment to innovation, technical excellence, and customer-focused service as the Philippine market transitions toward electrification,” said Steve M. Gingco, Head of AutoCare and Retail Group at ACMobility. “We are committed to delivering the high standard of care that modern EV owners demand.”

Bosch Car Service offers a comprehensive range of vehicle maintenance services, combining mechanical expertise with advanced diagnostics. This partnership supports ACMobility’s broader strategy to accelerate electric mobility in the Philippines by ensuring a robust and reliable service network.
