United Asia Automotive Group (UAAGI), the official distributor of Chinese carmaker Chery Auto Philippines, recently held a nationwide dealer network meeting. The agenda was to lay out big plans for the remainder of 2025.

The event, which bannered the “United In Journeys” theme, focused on strengthening Chery’s brand performance by introducing new models and expanding its dealer reach across the country. These align with Chery Auto Philippines’ new brand tagline “Love Your Journey,” which it unveiled during its participation at the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).

Chery Auto Philippines Brand Head, Franz Decloedt, shared, “We are gathered today as one Chery family, united in our commitment to the brand, and more importantly, to our customers. Together, we will bring Chery back to the top by putting our customers first in everything that we do.”

Decloedt’s statement held solid ground as the mid-year dealer conference yielded exciting plans expected to take effect right after. These include further strengthening aftersales services and expanding its dealership network in the months ahead. For Chery, these are initiatives to cultivate brand trust and customer satisfaction.

Meanwhile, Lyn Buena, UAAGI’s Chief Marketing Executive and Senior Vice President, focused on strengthening Chery Auto Philippines model lineup. In this regard, Chery Auto Philippines brought to light its ongoing preparations to introduce several electrified models in months to come. Buena didn’t disclose what those upcoming models are, but she reassured that those are pegged to expand Chery’s market reach and prepare the brand for the expected influx of demand for electrified vehciles.
