VinFast Philippines has opened its first dealership in Camarines Sur, adding another sales and after-sales facility to its growing electric vehicle (EV) network in the country. Developed with GR8 Motors Marketing Incorporated, the 1,542-square-meter dealership is the brand’s second outlet in the Bicol Region.
Located along Maharlika Highway in Zone 1, San Juan, Palestina, Pili, the facility brings vehicle sales, servicing, and genuine spare parts under one roof. The opening also supports VinFast’s push to establish 60 dealerships nationwide by the end of 2026.
The new showroom occupies 799 square meters and can accommodate 10 to 12 vehicles from the Vietnamese automaker’s lineup, including the VF 3, VF 5, VF 6, VF 7, and VF 9. Meanwhile, the remaining 743 square meters house the service and maintenance area, which caters to customers in Camarines Sur and neighboring provinces.
As a full-fledged 3S dealership, the facility offers four service bays staffed by certified technicians. Its workshop handles preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and specialized EV servicing, supported by wheel alignment equipment, an overhaul area, a tire changer, and a car wash facility.
Customers also have access to high-voltage and battery services, body repairs, vehicle care, and genuine VinFast spare parts and accessories. These capabilities give local EV owners access to essential maintenance and repair services without having to rely solely on facilities outside the province.
The dealership also incorporates renewable energy into its operations. Its solar installation consists of 120 panels with a stated generating capacity of 74,400 watts, supported by a 125-kW hybrid inverter and a 165-kWh battery storage system. Two dedicated charging stations further support its EV-focused operations.
The opening builds on GR8 Motors Marketing Incorporated’s regional expansion, following the launch of its 1S facility in Sorsogon in April 2026. The partnership is helping VinFast extend its retail and after-sales reach across Bicol.
Beyond its dealership network, VinFast offers ownership programs such as its Battery Subscription program and Residual Value Guarantee. The company also provides free, unlimited charging at authorized V-Green charging stations until March 31, 2029, subject to applicable program terms.
VinFast Camarines Sur is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., giving prospective buyers and existing owners another local destination for sales inquiries and vehicle support.

VinFast’s new Camarines Sur dealership addresses one of the practical concerns surrounding electric vehicle ownership: access to reliable after-sales support outside major urban centers. Selling EVs is one thing, but having trained technicians, battery servicing, and genuine spare parts nearby can make ownership far more reassuring.
The solar-powered facility also gives the dealership a sustainability angle beyond the vehicles it sells. Still, the real test will be how consistently it delivers service and supports customers over time. As the Vietnamese brand expands across the Philippines, dependable after-sales care will be just as important as adding more showrooms.
