Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) has extended its Honda Helps customer support program until September 30, 2026, giving flood-affected vehicle owners more time to have their vehicles repaired at reduced costs.
The initiative was originally scheduled to end on August 31, but HCPI decided to extend the program as damaging weather and flooding continue to affect parts of Luzon and Metro Manila. The company said the move is intended to provide customers with the assistance they need to get their vehicles repaired safely and efficiently.
Under the extended Honda Helps program, the original mechanics and offers remain in place. Customers with inundated units can receive up to 30% off on selected parts, potentially reducing the cost of repairs following flood damage.
The covered components include the engine control unit (ECU), throttle body, alternator, starter motor, radiator fan motor, cooling fan motor, SRS unit, airbag module, cable reel and fuse box, also known as the MICU.
The offer also covers the accelerator pedal, meter assembly, electric power steering (EPS), heater control and seatbelt pre-tensioner.

For Honda owners dealing with the aftermath of flooding, the extension provides additional time to bring their affected vehicles in for assessment and repairs. Flooded vehicles can require attention to several electrical, safety and mechanical components, making timely repairs particularly important.
HCPI said the extension reflects the need to adapt its customer support to changing circumstances, particularly as continued inclement weather affects Honda owners.
The company added that the program is aimed at providing practical assistance while helping customers get their vehicles back on the road safely and efficiently. It also seeks to ease some of the financial burden associated with repairing flood-affected vehicles.
Honda customers whose vehicles were affected by flooding may avail themselves of the Honda Helps offer at participating Honda Cars dealerships in Luzon and Metro Manila until September 30, 2026.
Owners can locate participating dealerships through Honda Cars Philippines’ dealer finder. The program gives affected customers another opportunity to address flood-related vehicle repairs while the support remains available.
With the September 30 deadline now in place, Honda owners with affected units have additional time to seek assistance and take advantage of the discounted parts covered by the Honda Helps program.

Autocar’s Take
Extending Honda Helps is a practical move, especially for owners still dealing with the aftermath of flooding. Vehicle repairs after inundation can quickly become expensive, so a discount of up to 30% on key components could provide meaningful relief. More importantly, the program gives affected Honda owners additional time to have their vehicles assessed and repaired properly.
The September 30 deadline also gives customers a clear window to act. While no discount can erase the inconvenience caused by flood damage, Honda’s extended flood recovery support shows the value of having manufacturers step up when customers need assistance the most.
