Suzuki Philippines is expanding its dealership footprint across the country as several dealer partners push ahead with new facilities, relocations, and upgrades over the next few months. The developments, scheduled from July to September 2026, signal continued confidence in the Japanese automaker despite a business environment where many companies remain cautious about expansion.

Leading the rollout is Elite North Autocars, which will break ground on Suzuki Auto Iguig in Cagayan on July 23. Once completed, the full 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) dealership will become the group’s fourth Suzuki outlet in Northern Luzon. On the same day, Suzuki Auto Tuguegarao will also reopen at a larger and more accessible 3S Satellite facility, offering an upgraded showroom designed to improve the customer experience.

In the Visayas, Sakura Autoworld is preparing two dealership milestones. Suzuki Auto Tacloban will relaunch on August 5 at a new standalone 3S facility featuring expanded sales and aftersales areas, while Suzuki Auto Iloilo will reopen on August 7 following extensive renovations. Notably, the Iloilo dealership will include an e VITARA charging station, reflecting Suzuki’s preparations for its future electrified vehicle lineup in the Philippines.

Also scheduled for August 7 is the relaunch of Suzuki Auto SM Consolacion in Cebu. Operated by Cebu Autocentrale Corporation, the dealership has undergone a comprehensive renovation that introduces updated corporate branding and modernized customer facilities. The reopening will also feature activities aimed at engaging the local Suzuki community.

Meanwhile, Wheels, Inc. is set to reopen Suzuki Auto Manila Bay in September after relocating the dealership to a new site in Pasay City. The new location promises improved accessibility, better customer safety, and more convenient parking for buyers in Metro Manila.

Suzuki Philippines said these projects demonstrate the continued trust of its dealer network while strengthening the brand’s nationwide presence. According to Norihide Takei, Director and General Manager for the Automobile Division, every new dealership, renovation, and relocation represents a shared commitment to providing a better ownership experience for Filipino customers while bringing the brand closer to more communities nationwide.

Autocar’s Take

Suzuki Philippines’ network expansion may not be as headline-grabbing as launching a new vehicle, but it’s arguably just as important. A stronger dealership network means better accessibility, improved aftersales support, and greater confidence for both existing and future owners. The addition of an e VITARA charging station in Iloilo is another encouraging sign that Suzuki is quietly laying the groundwork for its electrified future. As competition in the Philippine automotive market continues to intensify, investing in dealerships and customer experience could prove to be one of Suzuki’s smartest long-term strategies. It shows growth backed by commitment, not just ambition.
