GAC International Philippines, Inc. announced that it will further strengthen its direct local operations in the market. The Chinese car brand plans to do this through its One GAC strategy, which will integrate its existing GAC Motor, Aion, and Hyptec product and business presence in the Philippines under a single unified GAC brand.
With the One GAC strategy, GAC International PH said that it aims to work more closely with Filipino customers and partners. Through this approach, the car brand intends to have better alignment between brand strategy, market execution, and customer experience to support long-term and sustainable growth.
The One GAC strategy is composed of three pillars that will guide and steer GAC International PH into achieving its goals. The strategic integration will focus on the following:
– One Unified Brand: Presenting a clearer and more consistent brand identity under GAC.
– One Integrated Channel: Optimizing sales and service networks to enhance efficiency and market responsiveness.
– One Unified Service Standard: Delivering a more reliable, consistent, and customer-centric ownership and aftersales experience.
GAC International PH added that it is planning to introduce new products this year, which include hybrid and electric vehicles. The car brand said that it is looking to launch six to eight new products, progressively expanding its product portfolio in line with market demand. Through this effort, GAC International PH believes that it will further strengthen its competitiveness and demonstrate the company’s long-term commitment to investing in the Philippine market.

Alongside brand and product integration, GAC International PH continues to invest in strengthening local operational foundations, including:
– Operational and process optimization to enhance execution efficiency.
– Dealer network support to ensure stable sales and aftersales operations.
– Parts supply capability enhancement through localized warehousing and logistics improvements.
More importantly, GAC International PH confirms that all authorized dealerships remain fully operational. Warranty coverage, aftersales services, and parts availability continue without disruption, ensuring customer confidence and peace of mind.
Autocar’s Take
GAC International Philippines has laid out its plans, which looks good on paper since it is a step toward long term growth. Unifying GAC Motor, Aion, and Hyptec under a single brand would allow the company to make faster and more efficient business decisions moving forward. It will also allow the said Chinese car brand to present a more consistent and focused identity in the Philippine market.
If executed right, Filipino consumers will be the winners in this strategy because the One GAC initiative offers unified coordination across sales, service, and customer experience. With a unified channel and service standard, GAC is positioning itself to respond more quickly to market needs while delivering a more reliable ownership experience.
