Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation, Centro Manufacturing Corporation, and Tadano Ltd. Japan has recently expanded its industry collaboration with the introduction of the Fuso F-lift. The F-lift is a heavy-duty truck-mounted crane system developed in response to the rising equipment needs of the country’s construction and infrastructure sectors.

The F-lift was recently presented at the Fuso head office. Still, the more notable development is the three-way partnership that enabled its creation – Fuso’s engineering base, Centro’s local manufacturing capability, and Tadano’s crane technology. The launch comes shortly after Tadano named Centro as its official Philippine dealer of truck-mounted crane units. The designation gives Centro the authority to integrate Tadano cranes into capable Fuso units and other commercial vehicle platforms, offering customers locally supporting heavy-lifting solutions built to stringent international standards.

“Our partnership with Centro is built on trust and a shared goal to give Filipino businesses access to world-class lifting technology. By combining Tadano’s precision engineering with Centro’s deep manufacturing capability, we are confident that the F-lift will set new standards in reliability for the construction industry,” said Amon Hanaoka of Tadano Ltd. Japan.

The Fuso F-lift project draws from Tadano’s safety systems and load-handling technologies, paired with Centro’s expertise in fabricating specialized truck bodies. The result is a model intended to handle conditions common in construction, utilities, logistics, and industrial work.

Raphael Juan, Centro’s president, described his company’s appointment as dealer of Tadano-based crane trucks as a significant step forward, noting that it opens the door to a wider integration of crane solutions across the local commercial vehicle segment. The executive went on to say that the F-lift is a “testament to what strong partnerships can achieve.”

Fuso, meanwhile, said that the brand’s latest collaboration broadens its portfolio of business-oriented mobility solutions. Its president and CEO, Yosuke Nishi, said the joint effort reflects Fuso’s strategy of supporting industries that play a role in national development, emphasizing how the mix of Japanese engineering and Filipino manufacturing strengthens the F-lift’s relevance in the local market.
