Mattel prepares to launch one of the coolest remote-controlled cars in the form of this purple Nissan Skyline GT-R R32. Coming in at the 1:64 scale, this little Skyline fits right in with any Hot Wheels enthusiast’s collection, while also paying respects to one of the greatest sports cars that ever existed.

This little Nissan Skyline GT-R isn’t just any normal model, as this is a custom Mattel Creations model fitted with a Rocket Bunny Pandem wide body kit. Thanks to the Pandem kit, the R32 now has a much wider stance that adds to the Skyline’s beefy body lines. Add the custom wheels chosen for this little guy, and he’s for sure a looker.

Godzilla Junior over here comes with a slew of features. From the functional headlight and tail lights for any miniature nighttime drives, to the functional turn signals for the full mini-city driving immersion.

And the cherry on top? The built-in underglow and lighting package. You’ve got a display piece that looks just as good on a shelf as it does lighting up a mini city street. Something RC enthusiasts will appreciate is the hobby-grade pistol grip remote. Ensuring not only comfortable ergonomics, but also precise user inputs for driving.

Though if you’re the kind of person who prefers to keep their collectibles in the box and in mint condition, the packaging is another plus—Mattel isn’t content with just tossing this little guy in a blister; it comes in a stylish package worthy of a collectible of this caliber, so you can show off Baby Godzilla without ever cracking the seal.

Whether you love the R32 from its days of dominating the JTCC clad in Calsonic blue, or wiping the floor with the local competition overseas in the land down under at Bathurst, this little RC car is definitely a great way of showing your love for the third-generation Nissan Skyline.

Mattel Creations is launching this remote-controlled 1:64 Nissan Skyline R32 Pandem on October 23, 2025, at 09:00 am, priced at $55 apiece or around P3,200.
