GAC MotorPH activates GAC International Sales & Service Way program

Astara-led GAC MOTOR Philippines is proud to announce the local rollout of the GAC International Sales & Service Way (GSSW) program, a comprehensive coaching and training initiative aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction across all touchpoints, including sales, aftersales, and operations management.

This program follows GAC MOTOR Philippines’ remarkable performance in the first half of 2024, which has positioned GAC as the third leading Chinese automotive brand in the country as of June 2024. Astara Philippines is dedicated not only to achieving outstanding sales but also to enhancing service delivery across all GAC MOTOR dealerships, demonstrating a holistic approach to total customer satisfaction.

Initiated by GAC International, the GSSW program is designed to ensure that every customer interaction with GAC MOTOR meets the highest standards. The program underscores the brand’s commitment to establishing a standardized level of excellence in managing customer experiences, specifically in three key areas

Enhanced Customer Experience: Customers will benefit from a more streamlined, efficient, and personalized service at every interaction.

Standardized Processes: By implementing uniform procedures across all dealerships, GAC Motor ensures reliability, efficiency, and consistency in service delivery.

Commitment to Excellence: The training instills a culture of excellence among staff, ensuring that customers’ needs are met promptly and professionally.

The Philippines is one of ten markets worldwide selected for the initial implementation of the GSSW, aiming to promote these distributors as global benchmarks. As the second country to receive this extensive training from GAC headquarters, the Philippines benefited from a rigorous coaching session conducted by key representatives of the GAC Operations Training Team.

The local rollout of the GSSW program commenced with GAC Sta. Rosa, the latest dealer sales and aftersales facility in the GAC Motor Philippines network, chosen as the pilot dealership. This effort sets the stage for nationwide implementation, with other dealerships set to follow soon.

“The goal of the GAC International Sales & Service Way (GSSW) program is to establish a global standard across all GAC dealerships in the Philippines. Through this training, GAC ensures that customers receive a consistently high level of service, characterized by standardized processes, a customer-first approach, and a solid commitment to excellence,” said Todd Yao, an international trainer from the GAC Operations Training Team.
