Isuzu Bulacan wins the Dealer Grand Champion anew at the 19th Isuzu Service Skills Olympics (ISSO). This victory marks the dealership’s second consecutive win at the prestigious annual competition. Held last May 11 at the Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) plant in Laguna, the event celebrated the exceptional skills and dedication of IPC’s after-sales service teams from across the nation.
This year’s ISSO demonstrated the company’s commitment to excellence with 29 teams competing in various service categories. Each team comprising of a service advisor, parts staff, and two service technicians. Teams were to display their outstanding skills and knowledge in a simulated service environment.
The individual winners of this year’s ISSO in the Parts Staff Category were Vivencio Capricho (Isuzu Cagayan De Oro), followed by Felipines Bangcaya (Isuzu Bulacan) and John Kenneth Basierto (Isuzu Makati).
In the Service Advisor Category, Rey Mark Lopez (Isuzu Butuan) took the top spot, followed by Marius Adrian Pablo (Isuzu Cabanatuan) and Jerry Evangelista (Isuzu Calapan).
For the group Service Technician Category, the champions were Vicente Collantes Jr. and Jerome Garlan (Isuzu Bacoor), followed by Raymundo Eduque III and Santos Ponce (Isuzu Bulacan), and Junjie Doncillo and Sanny Dagami (Isuzu Cebu).
After tallying all weighted category points, Isuzu Bulacan emerged as this year’s Dealer Grand Champion after they presented their consistent commitment to upholding the highest standards of service excellence and reaffirming IPC’s promise of delivering unparalleled customer success.
