The first Philippine International Truck Show (PITS) is set to kick off on October 22 and run until October 24, 2026, at Hall1 of the SMX Convention Center Manila. Organized by the Truck Manufacturers Association, Inc. (TMA), together with the Automotive Body Manufacturers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (ABMAP), the first PITS brings together leading truck brands and local body builders.
The inaugural PITS will feature brands such as Isuzu, Hino, Toyota, Fuso, Foton, DAF, JMC, CMC Commercial Vehicles, and MAN. Organizers said that each truck brand will showcase their latest models, technologies, and commercial vehicle solutions.
Aside from truck brands, the first PITS will also highlight local body builders, including Almazora, Centro, Geordan, Kyoei Autobody, Santarosa, and F. Cura Industries. Local body builders will be showing their locally developed truck bodies and customized applications designed for the specific operational requirements of Philippine businesses.
TMA and ABMAP shared that by bringing truck manufacturers and body builders together in one major exhibition, visitors will have the chance to explore not only different truck platforms but also the wide range of applications that can be developed around them.
Speaking of which, innovation will be one of the major highlights of the first PITS. TMA and ABMAP claim that visitors can look forward to seeing a wide range of commercial vehicles, truck applications, body configurations, and new technologies designed to address the changing requirements of Philippine businesses and transport operators.
From light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks to specialized vehicle applications and customized body solutions, PITS will demonstrate how manufacturers and body builders are continuously developing products that offer “greater efficiency, productivity, safety, durability, and sustainability.”
TMA and ABMAP added that special offers and deals will be available during the first PITS. Participating exhibitors are expected to offer exclusive show offers, special discounts, promotional packages, and other deals available during the three-day event. The organizers noted that the details of the participating brands’ individual promotions and special offers will be announced closer to the event.
