Omoda and Jaecoo Philippines will set up a spare parts hub within the year.
In a roundtable meeting, O&J Philippines Country Director Marco Chen revealed that the establishment of the replacement parts warehouse is aimed to assure its customers that they will have a steady supply of spare parts.
Chen also said that aside from parts availability, it would also guarantee quality service by reinforcing its technical team with the right amount of knowledge. The program is to bring select members of its local pool to its mother country and vice versa.

Such initiarives, if handled correctlt, would help salvage the diminishing reputation of all China-sourced cars.
Further, the executive revealed that their discussions with finance institutions also pushing them to corner a steady supply of spare parts as well as offer premium service.

During the same meeting, Omoda and Jaecoo Philippines bared that it will offer seven-year and 200,000-kilometers warranty; alongside the 10-year or one-million engine coverage—basically the same as with the Rommel Sytin-led United Asia Automotive Group Incorporated that offers Chery models.
To note, Chery and Jaecoo are within the same umbrella as with Chery Auto.
Relatedly, Omoda and Jaecoo Philippines will offer its electric vehicle with an eight-year or 200,000-kilometer battery warranty
