The last few weeks have seen the effects of three consecutive typhoons Crising, Dante, and Emong. Moreover, the presence of the habagat or Southwest Monsoon has intensified the ordeal, claiming lives, destroying livelihoods, and flooding vehicles in Metro Manila, parts of Luzon, and some areas in Visayas.

As the situation develops, Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) responds to the urgency. Through its Honda Helps Program, an initiative to assist Honda Cars owners in times of natural disasters and calamities, HCPI gave its dealers in concerned areas the go signal to offer a 30% discount on select spare parts. This is to lighten the heavy load its clients are experiencing right now from the ongoing typhoon and habagat cycle.

HCPI knows – and deeply feels – the stress, the pain, and the trauma of owners having to deal with their damaged or flooded vehicles due to natural disasters. This is on top of other sudden challenges they may be facing outside of vehicle ownership. HCPI’s response is a straightforward one: help customers recover faster and more affordably.

The 30% discount on select spare parts coverage includes ECU, throttle body, alternator, starter motor, and radiator fan motor.

In addition, one can also avail the discount for replacing severed cooling fan motor, SRS unit, airbag module, cable reel, and fuse box (MICU).

Finally, Honda also offers a discount for a damaged accelerator pedal, meter assembly, EPS, heater control, and seat belt pre-tensioner.

The initiative is available at authorized Honda Cars dealerships in Luzon and Visayas for vehicles brought in between July 21 and August 8, 2025.
