Ford Philippines has officially opened its newest and largest service facility in the Visayas region, located in Mandaue City, Cebu. The expansion, made in partnership with Fairlane Automotive Ventures, Inc. (FAVI), underscores Ford’s continued commitment to delivering an elevated ownership experience to its customers in the region.
Situated along North Road in Barangay Jagobiao, the new Ford Mandaue service facility is poised to strengthen aftersales support for the growing number of Ford owners in Cebu and nearby areas. This major investment reflects the increasing demand for Ford vehicles and services across the Visayas.
With a service floor area of 12,000 square meters, the facility is equipped with over 20 general service bays and more than 30 body and paint bays—making it the largest Ford service center in the Visayas. A dedicated 3-vehicle display area has also been included to support retail and marketing efforts.

To mark the opening, Ford Philippines and Ford Mandaue are offering exclusive incentives. From June 5 to June 30, 2025, the first 50 customers who reserve and purchase a vehicle from Ford Mandaue can enjoy additional cash savings of up to P50,000. This offer is available to new Ford buyers with no existing reservations at other Ford dealerships in Cebu, including Ford Cebu and Ford Talisay. A reservation fee of P10,000 applies to the Territory, Everest, and Ranger, while a P30,000 reservation fee applies to the Mustang and Explorer.
