
Ford Philippines enhances customer convenience with the launch of the Ford Mobile Service Vehicle (MSV), a fully equipped mobile service unit designed to bring dealership-quality maintenance directly to Ford owners.
Serving as an extension of a Ford dealership’s service lane, the MSV comes with advanced diagnostic tools, Ford Genuine Parts, and specialized equipment, allowing customers to have their vehicles serviced at home or other convenient locations.
The MSV is capable of performing a range of maintenance tasks, including oil changes, wiper replacements, multi-point inspections, tire rotations, brake services, battery replacements, fluid top-ups, field service actions, and software updates. This mobile solution eliminates the need for customers to visit a dealership while ensuring their vehicles receive expert care from Ford-trained technicians.

During a recent product demonstration at San Lorenzo Village Clubhouse in Makati City, media guests witnessed the MSV in action. Ford technicians conducted on-site maintenance on a Ford Territory owned by Vishal Chandiramani, a marketing executive and Ford owner, who praised the MSV’s convenience.
“I appreciate that I can have my vehicle serviced at home without disrupting my schedule. The MSV allows me to focus on work and family while ensuring my Ford Territory gets expert care,” he shared.

The MSV has been successfully implemented in key Ford markets, including Thailand, India, South Africa, and Vietnam, completing over 370,000 service appointments in 2024 alone. The initiative has significantly improved customer satisfaction and loyalty by transforming traditional service into a flexible, on-demand experience.
