Ford launches flood damage discount promo for customers

Experiencing a flooded vehicle due to the recent bouts of typhoons and habagat (southwest monsoon) is a serious challenge on its own. This is on top of other ordeals outside car ownership, like destroyed homes and livelihoods, not to mention coping with lives lost.

Tackling a flooded vehicle issue while doing the best to keep things together for the family brings mental, physical, emotional, and financial stress. Ford Philippines understands and sees this as a very serious matter. This is why the American blue oval brand has announced a promo program for its customers affected by the recent massive flooding.

The program includes a 20% discount on replacement parts costs. It also comes with a 10% discount on labor costs. Ford Philippines says that the special discount promo runs until August 31, 2025, and will take effect in Ford dealerships in Luzon. This is a very timely move by the brand as more and more of its customers are just starting to reel themselves out from the rubble brought by typhoons Crising, Dante, Emong, and the habagat.

Ford Philippines went on to say that affected customers may schedule a service via its Online Service Booking section on its official website. With convenience in mind, Ford says that customers can book appointments to have their Ford vehicles serviced. It’s available anytime, anywhere at their preferred or nearest Ford dealership.

It can be deemed that the massive flooding may have rendered many vehicles unable to operate. Ford recommends reaching out to its dedicated Emergency Roadside Assistance hotline number (+632) 8459-4723 to 24. The Ford Emergency Roadside Assistance service is available at all times, can deploy nationwide towing services, as well as conduct minor on-site vehicle repairs.

In recent weeks, following the severe weather pattern, Ford Philippines is the latest among several companies in the local automotive industry to extend support measures to help affected car owners.
