Customs to auction 7 luxury vehicles seized from Discaya family

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) announced that it will be auctioning the seven luxury vehicles it has seized from the Discaya family amid the flood control projects issue involving the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). 

The auction will take place on November 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Situation Room, Ground Floor, Office of the Commissioner (OCOM) Building, Bureau of Customs, Port Area, Manila. The BOC will also be holding a public viewing of the luxury vehicles to be auctioned for interested bidders. The public viewing will be held on November 10 to 12, 2025, at the PUC Parking Area, OCOM Ground. 

The vehicles up for auction include the following: 2022 Toyota Tundra, 2023 Toyota Sequoia, 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, 2022 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, 2019 Mercedes-Benz G500 Brabus, 2021 Lincoln Navigator L, and 2022 Bentley Bentayga.

The BOC also shared the Floor Price for each of the vehicles to be auctioned, with the Rolls-Royce Cullinan having a floor price of P45 million.

– 2022 Toyota Tundra: P4,994,079.00 

– 2023 Toyota Sequoia: P7,258,800.36

– 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan: P45,314,391.11

– 2022 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG: P14,104,768.00

– 2019 Mercedes-Benz G500 Brabus: P7,843,239.43

– 2021 Lincoln Navigator L: P7,038,726.14

– 2022 Bentley Bentayga: P17,041,121.93

Interested individuals are required to submit a Bidder’s Registration Form, together with the latest certified true copy of Income and/or Business Tax Returns duly stamped and received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Individuals need to submit these at least two days before the day of the auction.

The BOC seized the Discaya’s luxury vehicles last September after a court-ordered search operation was issued. The search operation, conducted on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the St. Gerrard Construction General Contractor and Development Corp., was authorized by a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court of Manila, Branch 18.
