We are optimistic that this meeting will pave the way for Cambodia’s active participation in AFEVA, which will ultimately contribute to the sustainable growth of the EV industry in the region,” he said.
The meeting also highlighted upcoming developments in the EV sector, including the 12th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS) organized by EVAP, scheduled for October 24-26, 2024, at the SMX Convention Center in Mall of Asia (MOA). The event is expected to attract significant participation from AFEVA members, underscoring the importance of regional cooperation in advancing the electric vehicle industry.
