Green GSM, a company that uses an all-electric taxi fleet, remains committed to its goal of making the daily commute hassle-free by aiming to deliver consistent service standards and safety features to protect both its driver partners and passengers.
Green GSM is proud of how its operations are going so far in the Philippines. In fact, it has said that one of its passengers commended the service offered by Green GSM. The company shared that Yaj Myel Manzo, a regular commuter in Metro Manila, noted that commuting in the metro now feels easier and more comfortable.
“The car is quiet, the Green GSM driver is careful, and the overall experience feels calm. For me, a good ride is one I don’t have to think about,” Manzo said.
Green GSM takes pride in its services, which are complemented by the deployment of VinFast electric vehicles (EVs). The company said that it has also interviewed individuals who regarded EVs as a factor in achieving a calmer driving experience.
This is made possible through a quieter ride due to the absence of engine noise and vibration. EVs, according to Green GSM, also give smoother handling and quieter cabins, making it easier to stay focused during long hours on congested streets.

Raul Dela Cruz, a driver new to EVs, described the difference in simple terms. “It’s smooth and quiet,” he said. “In heavy traffic, that makes driving feel less stressful and easier to manage.”
Aside from a smoother and quieter ride, Carlo Monti Galano, a driver working with Green GSM, said he and many of his colleagues don’t need to constantly worry about rising gasoline prices, which makes managing monthly expenses less stressful. “Charging costs are lower, so I have more flexibility for my family and other needs,” he said.
While ride-hailing work is often associated with unpredictable earnings, some Green GSM drivers said their income now feels steadier than before. Rather than sharp swings from one week to the next, earnings have become easier to anticipate.
Last December 2025, Green GSM expanded its operations and started to operate in Davao, marking the company’s first expansion outside Metro Manila. The company said that its operation in Davao is part of its long-term plan to introduce a cleaner and modern transportation system with the goal of making the daily commute easier and hassle-free.
