A month after the high-octane weekend last October, the Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) is revving up for the second phase with the celebration of the 2-Wheels Festival. The said event highlights the Philippine motorcycle culture and motorsports. The CIFOS’ 2-Wheels Festival will take place at the Clark International Speedway (CIS) from November 28 to 30, 2025.
Now in its third year, organizers of the 2-Wheels Festival said that the event will feature the country’s top riders and the passionate motorcycle community. It’s a gathering that’s meant to treat motorcycle enthusiasts with three days of speed, style, and solidarity.
The main highlight of the event is the Gypsy Tour, which will be held on Saturday, November 29. The Gypsy Tour is a grand parade celebrating camaraderie, pride, and two-wheel culture, as it will bring together motorcycle riders and clubs from across the nation. Organizers are aiming high to ensure this year’s participation matches or exceeds last year’s numbers.

Attendees will also get the chance to witness the nation’s top riders battle it out on the track. The event will feature competitions such as the Ducati Cup and the Pirelli Cup, where it is expected to give motorcycle enthusiasts a high-speed racing battle.
Off-track gathering is also one of the things to look forward to at the 2025 CIFOS 2-Wheels Festival. There will be TamBike, which is said to be a chill-out zone where riders can check out custom bikes. There will also be the Pit Lane Hub, where attendees can get the opportunity to see lifestyle exhibits, gear, and club showcases. Lastly, Rev & Dine is where attendees can relax and enjoy great food from the curated selection of food merchants.
The 2-Wheels Festival is also dedicated to advancing rider skills. Organizing Director Michaelson Lim said, “We are thrilled to bring back hands-on training for our community. The popular Suzuki Safety Riding Clinic will be running sessions at the CIS Small Track, underscoring our commitment to both speed and safety.”

Tickets are priced at P100 (for online, and valid for a 1 Day Pass) and P200 (for walk-ins, and valid for a 1 Day Pass). Children aged 12 years and below enjoy Free Admission.
