MG launches discount program for typhoon-hit customers

The recent surge of three consecutive typhoons Crising, Dante, and Emong, and the intensifying southwest monsoon or “habagat” have brought a huge number of areas in Luzon and Metro Manila under a state of calamity. As a result, many communities have been flooded, affecting lives and destroying livelihood.

Car owners were not spared by the massive flooding. Many vehicles have been submerged, the aftermath of which are a multitude of problems, most notable of which is the cost of repairing damaged vehicles or replacing parts.

Seeing the seriousness of the situation, a number of car companies, as well as the local auto industries peripheral sectors have already made efforts to assist their typhoon-hit customers in every way they could. The latest car company to join is MG Philippines, through its parent company, SAIC Motor Philippines.

MG Philippines is now offering its flood-affected customers a 30% discount in replacement parts, which is available at all MG Philippines dealerships nationwide. MG Philippines says that this offering will run until August 31, 2025 to help customers restore their damaged MGs.

The brand encourages affected customers to reach out to its communication mediums. Its mobile number 0998-8864365 is available, as is the MG Philippines landline number (02) 5318 8429. The brand also has a dedicated hotline for EV related concerns. Just call or text 0917-7020449. Customers may also send an email to [email protected]
