Segway EscootersPH launches E Series Mark 2 at Makina Moto Expo 2025

Segway Escooters Philippines, a proud member of the Autohub Group, officially introduced the next-generation E Series Mark 2 electric scooters at Makina Moto Expo 2025, held at the SMX Convention Center in Manila. This latest lineup—featuring the E80C, E125, and E150 models—marks a significant leap in the evolution of electric mobility, offering Filipino riders a new standard in urban commuting.

The unveiling was led by Segway ambassador Jinno Rufino, Makina Moto Expo founder Zach Lucero, and Autohub executives Ms. Owee Cruz and President Mr. Willy Tee Ten. The E Series Mark 2 showcases Segway’s commitment to innovation, performance, and rider safety.

Refined Design, Enhanced Functionality

Headlining the updates is a futuristic 5-inch TFT display, delivering real-time ride metrics in an easy-to-navigate interface. Signature elements such as blade-style taillights and smoked black transparent lampshades combine aesthetics with functionality, enhancing both visibility and style.

The E Series Mark 2 features Segway’s RideyFUN intelligent driving system, which supports call notifications, navigation, media control, and interactive button functions like a scroll wheel and menu key. Cruise control remains standard, ensuring smooth, relaxed riding.

New color options—Tranquility Pink and Pine Green—join the lineup alongside Geely Silver, Fighting Black, and Pearl White, giving riders a choice between understated elegance and bold flair.

Tailored Performance Options

Each Mark 2 model offers a distinct performance profile:

  • E80C MK2: A cost-efficient city commuter with a 2,600W lead-acid battery, 58 km/h top speed, and 60 km range.
  • E125 MK2: A mid-range option with a 3,600W lithium battery, 70 km/h top speed, and 55 km range—ideal for those seeking more power.
  • E150 MK2: The high-performance flagship, equipped with a 7,500W lithium battery, capable of reaching 100 km/h with an 84 km range.

Both the E125 and E150 support optional extended-range batteries, offering increased flexibility for long-distance riders.

Safety Comes Standard

All E Series Mark 2 models come equipped with Dual-Channel ABS and Traction Control System (TCS)—a segment-first that significantly enhances safety and control. Riders also benefit from front and rear disc brakes, while the E125 and E150 include a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) for real-time monitoring.

Smart Storage and Charging Solutions

For everyday practicality, a spacious 23.5-liter underseat storage compartment easily accommodates an XL full-face helmet. An integrated light enhances usability in low-light conditions, while the camel-hump ergonomic seat improves long-ride comfort. The E125 and E150 also support optional 20A fast charging, reducing downtime between trips.

Pricing and Availability

  • E80C MK2 – PHP 99,000
  • E125 MK2 – PHP 139,000
  • E150 MK2 – PHP 239,000
