Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is set to revive the adrenaline of street racing as it stages Race Weekend 2 of the 2025 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Philippine Cup on May 24 and 25. This highly anticipated event marks the return of street circuit racing to the series for the first time since 2018, taking place in the dynamic setting of Villar City, south of Metro Manila.
Open to the public, the event offers free admission. Interested attendees may secure their passes by registering at https://www.tgrphcup.com.
The two-day race weekend will begin with Saturday’s Qualifying rounds and the first Sprint Race. Sunday will feature the second and third Sprint Races. Both days will also showcase Drag Races, Gymkhana exhibitions, and Car Club displays. Fans can watch the full weekend’s activities via livestream on TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Philippines’ Facebook and YouTube pages.
Previously known as the TGR Vios Cup, the series has held street races in notable locations such as Alabang, Cebu City, McKinley (Taguig), and Pasay. This marks the first time Villar City will host a race, bringing back the signature tight corners and long straights that make street circuits a fan favorite.
In addition to the races, attendees can expect vehicle displays, test drives, sim racing rigs, food and beverage stalls, exclusive GR merchandise, and live performances. On May 24, Rico Blanco and Parokya ni Edgar will perform, followed by Ely Buendia and Bamboo on May 25.
Special limited-time offers on Toyota vehicles will also be available to eventgoers, with further details to be announced soon.

The TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Philippine Cup is sanctioned by the Automobile Association Philippines and supported by Petron (Official Fuel & Lubricants Partner), GT Radial (Official Tire Partner), and Venue Partners Villar City and Brittany.
