This year’s PIMS saw MG Philippines celebrating 100 years of its British-born heritage by highlighting models that embody the brand’s mission to bring world-class mobility closer to Filipino drivers. Among the crowd favorites were the MG One SUV, MG 3 Hybrid+ Hatchback, MG G50 Plus 7-Seater MPV, and the electric MG Cyberster Roadster, each designed to meet the evolving needs of the local market with advanced technology and sustainable options.
A major highlight was the exclusive preview of the All-new MG HS PHEV, which garnered significant interest for its enhanced size, refined features, and powerful plug-in hybrid technology. Building on the success of the original MG HS, introduced to the Philippines in 2022, this new model offers an impressive combined range of up to 1,065 kilometers and a full-electric range of 100 kilometers, perfectly suited to both city and long-distance driving. This model underscored MG’s commitment to leading in the hybrid and electric segments as it brings sustainable mobility solutions to the Philippine market.
MG’s diverse lineup, which includes options across Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) platforms, highlighted the brand’s readiness to meet Filipino motorists’ growing demand for environmentally friendly vehicles.
