Lexus unveils the LS Coupe concept alongside the LS six-wheeler minivan at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show (JMS). These are concept vehicles under the car brand’s Lexus Discover Vision, which intends to offer a glimpse into Lexus’ evolving luxury lifestyle.
The Lexus LS Coupe is said to feature a balance of “high-quality finish and formal appearance with high-level dynamic emotion.” It is a sporty, angular, and confident-looking concept vehicle that’s designed for individuals who want to have the best of everything. Toyota Chief Branding Officer Simon Humphries shared that the LS Coupe is a car that has the “ability to discover duality … [and] a car that is as fun for the driver as it is for the passenger.”
The LS Coupe’s exterior has a sporty stance along with design details such as an angular bumper, sculpted hood, seamless grille, and sharp-looking headlights. Turning at the side, the concept is characterized by crisp lines, giving the vehicle a distinct coupe appearance. The large tires and muscular wheel arches give the LS Coupe a bold and sporty finish.

The rear is dominated by a connected taillight that runs across the vehicle. It also has an illuminated ‘Lexus’ emblem that’s similar to the Lexus LS six-wheeler minivan concept. The Lexus LS Coupe also comes with a glass roof, suicide doors, and a sliding panel, which replaces the conventional trunk lid.

Inside, the concept vehicle offers a tech-savvy cabin that gives occupants a unique experience. The LS Coupe also has a modern cabin, which is a similar approach to the Lexus LS minivan concept. It has dual screens and a futuristic steering wheel, which gives the cabin a modern and sophisticated finish. Of note, the driver’s seat comes with a different design as it features a dark colored theme.
The 2025 JMS is happening at the Tokyo Big Sight and will be running until November 9.
