Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) earns another Triple Star Award for its aftersales service. The said accolade is given by Isuzu Motors Limited (IML) Japan, which recognizes distributors worldwide that have met the highest aftersales operation standard.

Out of 65 Isuzu distributors worldwide, only 10 countries were awarded the Triple Star recognition this year, and among them is IPC. This marks a back-to-back Triple Star Award for IPC as it has also bagged the said recognition in 2024. Isuzu Philippines is no stranger to the said award as it has also taken home the prestigious crown from 2019 to 2022.

This award means that IPC was able to achieve the highest level of compliance with the “Isuzu Aftersales Way” IML’s global framework that guides all distributors toward aftersales operations. The Triple Star Award also attests to IPC’s excellence in parts availability, service quality, and customer care, ensuring uniform adherence to Isuzu’s operational standards across the world.

“Aftersales has always been the foundation of our business success. It is through our consistent focus on aftersales quality and operational discipline that we’ve maintained our 25-year leadership as the number one truck brand in the Philippines. This Triple Star recognition validates that our aftersales operations are aligned with Isuzu’s global standards,” said IPC President Mikio Tsukui.

IPC shared that the IML Global Aftersales Evaluation Program uses stringent criteria that measure a distributor’s performance across key areas such as parts supply capability, service quality, customer satisfaction, technician competency, and compliance with Isuzu Standard Operations.

Achieving the Triple Star rating means that IPC has met and exceeded the benchmarks set under the Isuzu Aftersales Way, demonstrating its reliability as a global Isuzu partner.

Isuzu PH added that it is committed to continuing to further improve its aftersales service in order to maintain its excellent operation and customer satisfaction. Aside from its aftersales operation, IPC also supports business partners through Fleet Training Programs, technical support, and service innovations designed to meet the evolving needs of Filipino customers. It also supports schools that offer automotive training programs.
