In partnership with Phoenix Petroleum, Sunshine Television is once again hosting the biggest outdoor test drive event, the 2019 Auto Focus Summer Test Drive Festival (AFTDF). Joined by the biggest automotive brands in the country today, interested car buyers and automotive enthusiasts are all welcome to visit the Summer Test Drive Festival at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds from May 2 to May 5, Sunday.
GAC Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, MG, Mitsubishi, Nissan, SsangYong, Subaru, Suzuki, and Toyota are among the exhibitors showcasing their model line-ups. A wide range of competing standard and luxury/premium models will be on display and be made available for test drives.
The AFTDF is organized by Sunshine Television (STV) as part of its annual trilogy of automobile industry service and merit programs alongside the Auto Focus People’s Choice Awards (AFPCA) and the Auto Focus Media’s Choice Awards (AFMCA).
“We have been holding events of this type since 2005 not only for the benefit of local manufacturers and distributors, but even more so for the general motoring and car buying public. Buying a car and selecting a particular model suited to one’s individual purpose, preference, and budget, can actually be a long-winded process. This may require multiple visits to various dealerships at varying locations, test driving and comparing varying models, and working out the best financing options,” Said STV Chairman and CEO Ray Butch Gamboa
Offering a one-stop shop experience, Auto Focus’ Summer Test Drive Festival offers convenience to prospective car buyers. Gamboa added, “usually these can’t be done in a day, or even two. However, if the prospect is able to go to one single location, see and test drive a wide range of competing brands and models, and be assured he gets the best financing deals the manufacturers and distributors can offer, then the best place to go to would be our festival. Practically everything one has to do to buy a model of choice can conveniently be done at the festival. No more hopping from one dealer showroom to another because all the exhibiting brands will only be a few steps from one another.”
The Phoenix Petroleum 2019 Auto Focus Summer Test Drive Festival will be open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM throughout its 4-day run at the MOA Concert Grounds. Spacious parking is available alongside the venue. Test drive participants can get the chance to win prizes from select exhibitors. Admission to the public is free.
